Courier partnerships

Already making runs to the State Department? Let's talk.

If you're a notary, courier service, or any business already making regular trips to the Department of State's Washington, D.C. authentications office, we post paid jobs you can add to a trip you're already taking. No exclusivity, no volume minimum, no scheduling calls with customers, just extra jobs on days that make sense for you.

Already doing this kind of work?

Reach out and we'll set up how it'd work for you: rate, how often, whatever makes sense. No commitment on either side to start.

What you'd actually be doing

You claim a posted job, pick up the printed document from us (or we arrange that), submit or retrieve it at the State Department window during one of your existing trips, and update its status. You're never in direct contact with the end customer: no scheduling, no payment collection, no customer service. We handle the intake, the paperwork, and the customer relationship; you handle the trip you're already making.

How it's priced

Rates are posted per job and can flex with volume. Some jobs pay a standard rate, some (especially small add-ons to a trip you're already making) pay a lower rate for a quick add-on, and larger batches sometimes pay more to cover the extra time. Nothing is exclusive and there's no minimum, claim what works for you, skip what doesn't.

Starting from scratch?

Not already running something like this? You can still apply directly. The questions below are mostly about what you're comfortable with, there's no wrong answer, and "not sure yet" is a fine response to any of them. We'll follow up before anything is finalized.

Not automatically disqualifying at this scale, just tells us what we're working with. We'll ask for documentation before your first paid job, not now.

Thanks, we'll follow up

We review applications personally rather than auto-approving; expect to hear back within a few business days. No commitment on either side yet, this is just the start of a conversation.
