We handle that one step so you don't have to research or re-explain it every time it comes up.
What we actually do
We only handle one document type: the FBI Identity History Summary, issued as a digital PDF. Your client sends us that file, we run a free pre-check before anything is charged, and once it clears we submit it in person at the Department of State's Washington, D.C. office and ship the apostilled document back. Nothing but that one document type moves through your client's order, never a birth certificate, diploma, or marriage record mixed in. A courier trip may carry several orders at once to keep costs down, but every order is tracked individually from drop-off to return, so nothing gets mixed up along the way.
How this works in practice
There's no formal intake system yet. We're early, and we'd rather be upfront about that than pretend otherwise. For now, simplest is best: point your client to our request form, or reach out directly and we'll work out whatever makes sense for your situation. No cost or commitment on your end either way; we're not asking for a referral fee, just a reliable place to send people who already have this one specific need.
